OUR STORY
After working in the senior care industry and experiencing the challenge of communicating local needs to out-of-town owners, Ed and Diane Reese recognized the need for management to be both local and engaged. They founded Briarfield with a passion to provide service that elevated and personalized every detail of the patient experience, from knowing residents and families by name, to being available to meet their individual needs any time day or night.
OUR STORY
After working in the senior care industry and experiencing the challenge of communicating local needs to out-of-town owners, Ed and Diane Reese recognized the need for management to be both local and engaged. They founded Briarfield with a passion to provide service that elevated and personalized every detail of the patient experience, from knowing residents and families by name, to being available to meet their individual needs any time day or night. For more than two decades, Briarfield has assembled and trained a team who share their founders’ passion for building relationships with residents and their families, showing them the respect and understanding to make sure they feel at home in the Briarfield family. The Reese family has also made it their mission to create a system of Independent Living, Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care services to seamlessly accommodate changing patient needs, with confidence in a name they know and trust. The Valley has always been home to the Reese family and Briarfield, and they welcome the Valley to come home to Briarfield.
